SB4D seal coatings are protective treatments designed to extend the life of asphalt and concrete surfaces by preventing damage from weathering, chemical spills, and wear. At TPC Group, we apply SB4D coatings to deliver durable, cost-effective solutions for apartment buildings and homeowners associations. In a recent project on Treasure Island, Florida, we applied SB4D sealant to all the community walk areas of a 50-unit condo. This not only improved the structural integrity of the surfaces but also protected them from the harsh Florida climate, ultimately reducing long-term maintenance costs for the building.
