Villa Madeira Hurricane Restoration

Madeira Beach, FL

Villa Madeira, a 50-unit oceanfront condominium in Madeira Beach, sustained significant damage from Hurricane Helene, including debris, sand, and vehicles washed onto the property. TPC Group was called in to remove the debris and conduct remediation efforts for the storm-affected units. This included ozone bombing to eliminate contaminants and odors. Additionally, the storm demolished the condo lobby and damaged the pool bathrooms, both of which are now being fully rebuilt. The intense storm surge and high-velocity wave action eroded the concrete surfaces, undermined the foundation, and caused saltwater intrusion, accelerating corrosion and leading to structural risks. TPC Group also worked with the HOA to address the compromised concrete beneath the parking garage. After careful planning, we helped reduce the project budget by $50,000 while ensuring the integrity of the structure was maintained. This project highlights our commitment to restoring Villa Madeira to its former condition while enhancing its resilience against future storms.
