Jordan Bull
Jordan has been immersed in the construction industry throughout his entire career. Starting as a carpenter, he steadily progressed through various roles, including foreman, construction consultant, Superintendent, owner’s representative, and ultimately, a seasoned General Contractor. With an extensive background spanning every facet of construction, Jordan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. As the driving force behind TPC Group operations, he orchestrates projects with finesse. His most recent endeavor as a General Contractor involved taking charge of a $3.7 million student housing project with a tight 6-month deadline, highlighting his expertise in efficiently managing large-scale operations Jordan finds fulfillment in the problem-solving challenges inherent in construction, relishing the transformation of dated spaces into fresh, revitalized environments.
An extraordinary aspect of Jordan’s journey involves his presence during the events of 9/11, where he actively engaged in disaster relief efforts. This pivotal experience ignited his commitment to aiding communities in times of crisis, leading him to contribute to disaster relief initiatives for numerous storms impacting Florida. His profound dedication to improving both the environment and the lives of those within it remains a driving force behind his work in the construction industry
Sherri Bull
Sherri has been an integral part of The TPC Group, working alongside Jordan since 2008. Her instrumental role in the company’s growth is evident, having spearheaded its expansion, tripling its size over the past three years. Sherri plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the company’s financial, legal, and administrative facets, ensuring streamlined operations and sustainable growth. Her invaluable contributions have been instrumental in propelling the company’s ongoing success.
During her college years, Sherri was a force of ambition, balancing a full-time job, extensive volunteer commitments, a full college class schedule, and managing her own business. Her ability to thrive amidst such a demanding schedule speaks volumes about her dedication and passion. Sherri finds her greatest joy when fully engaged in the things she loves. Presently, that encompasses her dedication to the construction company she co-manages alongside her commitments to raising three children, active volunteer work, and her passion for running.
