As the driving force behind TPC Group, he finds fulfillment in helping his community solve challenges and transforming storm-damaged neighborhoods into revitalized spaces.

Sherri Bull

Sherri orchestrates all the financial, legal, and administrative that lead to streamlined operations and sustainable growth. She thrives amidst a demanding schedule: outside of running TPC, she is an active volunteer, mother, and has a passion for nutrition.

Cameron Clark

Superintendent

Cameron Clark is a dedicated Superintendent with extensive hands-on experience in project management, subcontractor coordination, and site operations. Known for his hard work, organization, and willingness to get the job done, he ensures every project runs smoothly and efficiently. With a background in heavy machinery operation and a variety of construction skills, Cameron brings versatility and problem-solving abilities to the table. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and his dog.

Mickey Wagner

Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Partners Contracting Group, Mickey keeps daily operations running smoothly. With a keen eye for organization and attention to detail, she efficiently handles payroll, scheduling, and office management to keep everything on track. Her problem-solving skills and friendly, can-do attitude help create a positive and productive workplace. Outside of work, Mickey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. Whether in the office or at home, she’s always finding ways to stay organized and keep things running seamlessly.

TPC provides supervisors to every site to ensure the work gets done correctly and safely. We are highly attuned to all our project sites, verifying that schedules and timelines are updated, deliveries are managed properly, and safety standards are upheld.

Well-Rounded Experience

We have an extensive background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A particular strength of ours is troubleshooting — we can diagnose and fix problems quickly without calling in additional help. We also prioritize setting our clients up for success by educating them on issues and how we fixed them, so problems don’t continue to arise.

Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards. This role will lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule.
Manage and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
Ensure all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Perform regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent assists in managing on-site construction activities, supporting the Superintendent in ensuring timely and quality completion of projects. They help oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day on-site operations to maintain project timelines.
Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors in daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations on the job site.
Assist in quality control by performing site inspections and resolving issues.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. They manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and reports for compliance and accuracy.
