Our Values
Community-Based Approach
TPC is focused on helping communities build themselves back up — which is why we operate in the barrier islands, which are frequently battered by hurricanes. Our goal is to put our skills to good use, help others, and ensure jobs are done right the first time. We prioritize honesty and transparency, and if something isn’t right, we’ll work tirelessly until it is.
Personalized Project Management
We personalize our process to facilitate client work in the best way for both parties, with a focus on efficient communication. We say we believe in transparency — here’s how we make good on that promise: We ensure all our clients have a direct line to Jordan, so they can get answers or have discussions whenever it’s needed.
Safety & Organization
After a storm, clean, safe, and organized job sites can be the difference between a successful project and one that goes up in flames — literally. TPC provides supervisors to every site to ensure the work gets done correctly and safely. We are highly attuned to all our project sites, verifying that schedules and timelines are updated, deliveries are managed properly, and safety standards are upheld.
Well-Rounded Experience
We have an extensive background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A particular strength of ours is troubleshooting — we can diagnose and fix problems quickly without calling in additional help. We also prioritize setting our clients up for success by educating them on issues and how we fixed them, so problems don’t continue to arise.
