TPC Group had a great experience collaborating with the Ownership Group of an apartment complex to repair their leaking retention pond, which had almost completely dried up. Although it wasn’t causing any immediate damage to the property, the Ownership Group saw the potential for the pond to enhance the property’s aesthetics by providing a beautiful water feature. During the project, TPC Group also worked on renovating the walkway around the pond and rehabilitating the stairs.
